Court Sets High Hurdle for Whistleblower

SAN FRANCISCO - An Anaheim police officer who claims he was hounded out of his job for reporting misconduct by other officers cannot collect a disability pension without proving he will be unable to continue in his line of work anywhere in the state, the California Supreme Court ruled Thursday.
