New Venue Sought in Fajita Case

SAN FRANCISCO - Attorneys for two men accused of assault in the "Fajitagate" case that initially involved low-level cops and eventually reached into the San Francisco police command staff Thursday filed a change of venue motion, saying their clients faced an uphill fight to get an open-minded jury.
