Forum Column - By Thomas R. Owens - For some of us, the videotaped beating of Stanley Miller by uniformed officers of the Los Angeles Police Department is deja-vu-all-over-again. With memories of the Rodney King beating and the resulting riots and deaths following the verdicts in Simi Valley scorched into our collective memory, it seems, 10 years later, that some officers still don't get it.
