Free Speech Trumps Ban on Internet Porn

WASHINGTON - Handing a defeat to Congress and the Bush administration, the Supreme Court ruled Tuesday that the free-speech rights of adults likely are violated by the 1998 federal law that makes it a crime to make obscene material available to minors on the Internet.
