San Diego-based R&V Management continues to add to its apartment portfolio with a $69.9 million acquisition of the Seta Apartments in La Mesa.
The buying entity for R&V was Seta Partners L.P.
With the newly completed Seta, R&V owns approximately 7,500 apartment units in San Diego County -- a figure expected to exceed 8,000 soon.
