Gov. Jerry Brown announced 14 judicial appointments Wednesday, highlighted by the elevation of two trial court judges to state appellate courts.
San Bernardino County Superior Court Judge Marsha G. Slough and San Luis Obispo County Superior Court Judge Martin J. Tangeman were selected to serve on the 4th District Court of Appeal and 2nd District Court of Appeal, respectively.
