Snepp jurors say they're deadlocked, ordered to deliberate Christmas Eve

Jurors in Snepp age discrimination trial made progress Wednesday, judge says.

LOS ANGELES - Superior Court Judge Stephen M. Moloney stopped just short of calling a mistrial Wednesday in an age discrimination case in which fired reporter Frank W. Snepp wants $5.458 million from KNBC Los Angeles.
