Judge selects arbitrator in Dunn case against Bar

A retired federal judge has been tapped to arbitrate Joseph L. Dunn's case against the State Bar.

Edward A. Infante, a retired U.S. chief magistrate judge, has been recommended to serve as the arbitrator in the whistleblower retaliation lawsuit former State Bar Executive Director Joseph L. Dunn filed against the agency.

Los Angeles County Superior Court Judge Michael J. Raphael selected the San Francisco-based Infante in an order issued Monday.
