Twilio nabs serial Silicon Valley leader as GC

San Francisco-based cloud communications company Twilio Co. has hired the former vice president and deputy general counsel of Zynga as its first general counsel.

San Francisco-based cloud communications company Twilio Inc. has hired the former vice president and deputy general counsel of Zynga Inc. as its first general counsel.


Karyn Smith started Tuesday, less than a month after leaving kids' clothing company Peek, Aren't You Curious Inc., where she served as general counsel and chief operating officer.
