Debate rages over state's reputation for anti-business legal environment
Business interests regularly rake California over the coals for its allegedly anti-business legal environment. But in the eyes of consumer attorneys, such claims are specious.

SACRAMENTO - With the legislative session over, pro-business lobby Civil Justice Association of California president Kim Stone is proclaiming victory over a slew of bills that would've spurred new lawsuits against companies.
