Associate Attorney General Tony West, a former San Francisco prosecutor and Morrison & Foerster LLP partner, will leave his job as the third-ranking member of the Justice Department.

Associate Attorney General Tony West, a former San Francisco prosecutor and Morrison & Foerster LLP partner, will leave his job as the third-ranking member of the Justice Department in Washington D.C., Attorney General Eric Holder announced Wednesday.
