Kirkland, Skadden advise on $2.5B Compuware buyout by Thoma Bravo

Kirkland represented Chicago- and San Francisco-based private equity firm Thoma Bravo LLC in its $2.5 billion acquisition of Compuware Corp., a deal announced Tuesday. Skadden counseled Compuware, a business software developer.
