Hinshaw-Barger marriage creates large US insurance practice

Hinshaw & Culbertson LLP, a national firm with its headquarters in Chicago will merge with Barger & Wolen LLP, a firm headquartered in California, the firms announced Tuesday.

Chicago-based law firm Hinshaw & Culbertson LLP is acquiring California's Barger & Wolen LLP to create one of the largest insurance law practices in the country, the firms said Tuesday.
