Biopharma company names first GC

Monrovia-based clinical-stage biopharmaceutical company Xencor Inc. has hired its first senior vice president, chief compliance officer and general counsel. Lloyd Rowland started Tuesday.

Monrovia-based clinical-stage biopharmaceutical company Xencor Inc. has hired its first senior vice president, chief compliance officer and general counsel.


Lloyd Rowland started Tuesday after spending six months working as outside counsel for the company on a contract basis.


Rowland said he first connected with Xencor President and CEO Bassil Dahiyat through a mutual friend at Cooley LLP. ...
