Stanford professor confirmed to state Supreme Court

Stanford Law School Professor Mariano-Florentino Cuellar, Gov. Jerry Brown's latest nominee to the state Supreme Court, was unanimously confirmed Thursday, becoming the second academic to join the court in three years.
