Latham helps video game streaming platform sell to Amazon for $970M

Latham & Watkins LLP represented Twitch Interactive Inc. in its $970 million cash sale to Amazon.com Inc., a deal announced late Monday.

Latham & Watkins LLP represented Twitch Interactive Inc. in its $970 million cash sale to Amazon.com Inc., a deal announced late Monday.

Menlo Park partners Luke J. Bergstrom and Kathleen M. Wells and Boston counsel Evan G. Smith led the Latham team. Twitch's general counsel, Elizabeth V. Baker, worked at Latham prior to moving in-house.
