Reed Smith, Latham advise on Concord Music sale

Reed Smith LLP and Latham & Watkins LLP represented buyer and seller, respectively, in New Haven, Conn.-based private equity firm Wood Creek Capital Management LLC's purchase of Village Roadshow Entertainment Group USA Inc.'s Concord Music Group.

Reed Smith LLP and Latham & Watkins LLP represented buyer and seller, respectively, in New Haven, Conn.-based private equity firm Wood Creek Capital Management LLC's purchase of Village Roadshow Entertainment Group USA Inc.'s Concord Music Group, a deal announced Monday.

Terms of the acquisition were not disclosed, but media reports cited unnamed sources as saying the deal was worth more than $115 million.
