Christensen To Seek New Trial Today

A federal judge is set to decide today whether to grant attorney Terry N. Christensen a new trial based on what his attorneys called the improper dismissal of a juror and prosecutors’ alleged discovery violations in his wiretapping trial held alongside ex-private eye Anthony Pellicano.
