Bench Trial Acquits Attorney of Bribery

LOS ANGELES - Wasting no time, U.S. District Judge Manuel Real acquitted W. Shepardson "Shep" McCook Wednesday of all federal charges related to his alleged bribing of officials in San Bernardino County and the city of Colton. The bench trial before Real lasted less than two days.
