Death Suits Arising From Dog Mauling Are Settled
SAN FRANCISCO - Two women who sued for wrongful death after Diane Whipple was mauled to death by giant dogs in her Pacific Heights apartment have settled claims against the owners of the building, lawyers involved in the case said Wednesday.
