Judge Is Known for Consistency
LOS ANGELES - Los Angeles Superior Court Judge Raul A. Sahagun says he has heard the rumors - rumors that he's a tough sentencer. "I don't know whether I'm tougher than others," Sahagun said. "I try to fashion a sentence which I think is appropriate with the conduct, and I follow the court rules and guidelines."
