Retired Judge, JAMS Pioneer Loved to Learn
LOS ANGELES - Services will take place Friday in Santa Ana for retired Orange Superior Court judge and JAMS arbitrator Philip E. Schwab. Schwab, who was known for his down-to-earth manner and patience on the bench, died Sunday of colon cancer at St. Joseph's Hospital in Orange. He was 76.
