Help for Abused Spouses Is Gender-Neutral

Letter to the Editor - I am writing in response to Marc Angelucci's letter to the editor ("Male Victims Rarely Get Attention, Help," Aug. 8 Daily Journal). [Florida International University's Gordon E.] Finley asserted that the Violence Against Women Act had "hidden agendas," yet he never cited the sections of the act that support his contention.
