OFFICE SAN FRANCISCO - The McEvoy Family Trust disposed of two properties in Union Square for $16.9 million. Angelo and Yvonne Sangiacomo purchased the 24,043-square-foot Cartier building, located at 233 Post St., for $13.25 million. The 4,110-square-foot 134 Maiden Lane, occupied by Pierre Deux, was sold to Litchmann & Co., a private investment group, for $3.65 million. Tim Maas, Tony Crossley and James Swarthout of Colliers International negotiated the sales.
