Coudert Brothers' 40-Lawyer China Practice Goes to Orrick

SAN FRANCISCO - Orrick, Herrington & Sutcliffe, the same firm Coudert Brothers accused of poaching its London and Moscow lawyers earlier this year, has brokered a deal with the fast-dissolving Coudert to snatch up one of that firm's most attractive assets - its China practice.
