What Drove B.T.K. to Cruelly Murder His Victims?

Forum Column - By Edward H. Telfeyan - What are we to make of the likes of Dennis L. Rader - better known as the B.T.K. strangler who viciously murdered 10 people in Wichita, Kan., from 1974 to 1991?
