Jurist Brings Objective of Fairness From DA Days

LOS ANGELES - Commissioner Roger Ito set his sights on the courtroom when he was a young child. Ito looked up to Morio L. Fukuto, one of his father's best friends. Fukuto, who began his legal career as a Los Angeles County prosecutor, served for 25 years as a Municipal Court and Superior Court judge and a 2nd District Court of Appeal justice.
