LA public defender critizied for saying he hates kids

Public Defender Ron Brown said he was only joking when he told an office-wide meeting he dislikes children. Some people are offended and have complained to the county.

Los Angeles County Public Defender Ronald L. Brown is drawing heat from within his own office for telling a staff meeting that he hates children.


At least one anonymous employee has filed a complaint with the county and sent a letter to the members of the Board of Supervisors about Brown's comments. Some staff and attorneys of the office also sent an anonymous letter to the Daily Journal ab...
