ABA jumps into Heller Ehrman bankruptcy case with California bar assocations in tow

The American Bar Association weighed into the Heller Ehrman bankruptcy case at the Ninth Circuit Tuesday, filing an amicus brief supporting law firms that are facing unfinished business claims from the defunct firm's estate.
