Ex-DDA Pleads in Witness-Tampering Case

SANTA CRUZ -- Former District Attorney Peter Chang pleaded guilty to a misdemeanor violation of a court order Friday in order to settle a witness-tampering case that was filed against him last summer. His punishment includes no jail time.
