Two Vie for November Runoff in San Bernardino

SAN BERNARDINO - Lawyers and litigants will have to wait a while longer before seeing a new face on the San Bernardino County bench. The only incumbent being challenged succeeded in fending off his opponent, and none of the five candidates vying for another seat were able to walk away with a victory after Tuesday's election.
