Shedding Some Light on the Dark Side

As we anxiously await the results of the Rampart investigation, I can't emphasize enough my disgust for the atrocious crimes perpetrated by corrupt police officers. It is imperative that innocent people wrongly imprisoned are released as soon as possible and those officers who broke the law are brought to justice. But it is also vital that we prepare for the financial impact of the Rampart investigation on our city.
