Ex-CEO Sues Abu Dhabi Energy Firm

A former executive of Abu Dhabi National Energy Company has filed a lawsuit claiming leadership of the power energy firm, and its Taqa subsidiary, pushed him out because he took a tough stance on paying kickbacks and other bribes to win contracts.

A former executive of Abu Dhabi National Energy Company has filed a lawsuit claiming leadership of the power energy firm, and its Taqa subsidiary, pushed him out because he took a tough stance on paying kickbacks and other bribes to win contracts.

Skip Miller of Los Angeles-based Miller Barondess is representing Peter Barker-Homek, the former executive, in the lawsuit filed Friday.....
