PALO ALTO - Attorneys with Wilson Sonsini Goodrich & Rosati have won a patent infringement lawsuit on behalf of their client, Santa Clara-based Affymetrix, Inc., persuading a Wisconsin federal judge to find the company did not infringe two Illumina Inc. patents, which cover array technology.
