Commission Admonishes Two Judges

The state Commission on Judicial Performance publicly admonished two judges on Tuesday, one for inappropriate and crude behavior and the other for a drunken driving arrest.

The state Commission on Judicial Performance publicly admonished two judges Tuesday - one for behavior it considered crude and inappropriate, the other for a drunken driving arrest.


In a unanimous decision, the panel found that San Bernardino Superior Court Judge John B. Gibson committed "improper action" by making crude gestures in front of attorneys, mocking a female lawyer in court...
