The Commission on Judicial Appointments unanimously confirmed on Friday Gov. Arnold Schwarzenegger's appointments to the 3rd and 5th District Courts of Appeal.
Schwarzenegger named Elena J. Duarte, Andrea Hoch, and William J. Murray to the 3rd District Court of Appeal in Sacramento, and elevated Associate Justice Vance W. Raye to the post of presiding justice.
