Lawsuit Over City Fireworks Can Proceed

SAN DIEGO - The Coastal Environmental Rights Foundation was jubilant, while an attorney for the La Jolla Community Fireworks Foundation expressed disappointment after a judge on Friday shot down arguments against a lawsuit that could extinguish the popular July Fourth pyrotechnics at La Jolla Cove.
