Delegates Adamantly Oppose So-Called 'Racial Privacy' Initiative
ANAHEIM - Lawyers meeting during the State Bar annual convention over the weekend came out strongly against the so-called "racial privacy" initiative on next month's ballot and strongly in favor of establishing a special commission to investigate how California metes out the death penalty.
