Man Sues UPS For Transfer to Follow Partner

A San Francisco couple, together for 27 years, has been forced to spend the last eight months apart because of a job. Daniel Kline, an operations supervisor who has worked two decades in the Oakland office of United Parcel Service Inc., applied for a transfer in November, as allowed under company policy.
