Wilshire Bundy Plaza Sells for $75 million

Illustrating the continued strong demand from private investors for well-positioned Southern California office properties, an affiliate of entrepreneurial finance company Namco Capital Group has acquired the 14-story Wilshire Bundy Plaza in Brentwood for about $75 million.
