Trial Lawyers Agree to Compromise on 17200 Bill

SACRAMENTO - Trial lawyers, under pressure to make changes to the state's unfair competition law to discourage abuses of it, agreed Thursday to drop a disgorgement provision they sorely wanted in order to win passage of the reform legislation.
