Mauling Case Figure Enters Deal on Feds' RICO Charge

SAN FRANCISCO - Paul "Cornfed" Schneider, a central figure in San Francisco's notorious dog-mauling case, entered into a plea agreement Thursday that guarantees he'll remain in federal custody and avoid a return to solitary confinement at Pelican Bay State Prison.
