Disabilies Act Demands Action, Kennedy Says

ANAHEIM - Ted Kennedy Jr. sometimes tells people that he is glad that he lost a leg to cancer 30 years ago when he was 12. "I am happy with who I am today," Kennedy told the opening luncheon of the State Bar of California's annual meeting on Thursday. "I wouldn't be standing here in front of you today if I hadn't gone through what I went through."
