LOS ANGELES — Rocker Eddie Money can’t stop a discrimination lawsuit filed against him by his band’s former drummer, but the contents of his deposition will be shielded from the public in the lead-up to trial.
Superior Court Judge Rafael A. Ongkeko tentatively denied the rocker’s anti-SLAPP motion in an order Tuesday, finding the claims in the lawsuit aren’t protected by the First Amendment.
