OC prosecutor defends her actions in State Bar trial

An Orange County prosecutor told a State Bar court Thursday she believed she acted within the law when she withheld potentially exculpatory letters form the defense in a child abuse case.

LOS ANGELES - An Orange County prosecutor told a State Bar court Thursday she believed she acted within the law when she withheld potentially exculpatory letters from the defense in a child abuse case.

"Not only did I do nothing wrong, I did everything that a prosecutor should do," testified deputy district attorney Sandra Lee Nassar.
