Name partner at Fish & Tsang joins new IP firm
Two intellectual property attorneys have decamped from the Irvine-based Fish & Tsang to move to Umberg Zipser LLP.

Two intellectual property attorneys have decamped from Irvine’s Fish & Tsang LLP to Umberg Zipser LLP.
Mei Tsang and Ryan S. Dean started Thursday as partners at Umberg Zipser.
Tsang was a name partner at her last firm since 2014, and had been there 10 years. That firm will now be known as Fish IP Law LLP.
