Covington hires Kubota from O’Melveny after 17-year long stay
Covington has hired longtime O’Melveny white collar defense mainstay Carolyn Kubota, who will bring to her new firm an extensive history of attorney general investigation work.

Covington & Burling LLP has nabbed white-collar litigator Carolyn Kubota from O’Melveny & Myers LLP’s Los Angeles office.
Kubota, who started at Covington’s Century City office on Wednesday, was at O’Melveny for 17 years.
