Morris Polich & Purdy will merge with Detroit's Clark Hill
Once combined, the new firm operating under the Clark Hill name will have 16 offices across the nation.

Morris Polich & Purdy LLP will merge with Clark Hill PLC by July 17, according to a statement issued by the latter firm Thursday.
When the merger is complete, the firm will have more than 450 attorneys and professionals in 16 offices.
