Nicholas Howe, first year associate at Jones Day, is a two-time NCAA champion and the UC San Diego record holder in the javelin throw.

Nicholas S. Howe, a first-year associate with Jones Day, is also a world-class javelin thrower.

Besides being a first-year associate at Jones Day, Nicholas S. Howe is a two-time NCAA champion and UC San Diego record-holder in the javelin throw.

“I’ve always kind of been athletic, and balanced my athleticism with the other things that I’ve done, and I think that’s one of the things that has made me successful,” said Howe, who graduated from UC Hastings College of the Law in 2016.
