Qualcomm seeks ban on iPhone imports ahead of new iPhone launch

Qualcomm Inc. took an aggressive step in its patent infringement battle with Apple Inc. last week by filing a petition with the U.S. International Trade Commission demanding a ban on the importation of certain models of iPhones and other Apple products that allegedly violate six of Qualcomm’s patents.
